PrintProSetup (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates printprosetup.com and provides third-party printer and IT support services. The data controller is PrintProSetup LLC, 418 Beacon Street, Suite 210, Boston, MA 02115, USA. You can reach our privacy team at support@printprosetup.com.

2. What we collect

  • Contact data — name, email, phone, and the message you submit through forms.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser, device, and pages viewed (only after you accept analytics cookies).
  • Support session data — remote-session logs, retained for 24 hours then automatically deleted.

3. Lawful bases (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Consent — analytics cookies, marketing emails.
  • Contract — delivering support you requested.
  • Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, service security.

4. How we use your data

To respond to enquiries, deliver paid support, prevent abuse, and improve our website. We do not sell personal data and do not use automated decision-making.

5. Sharing

Processors we rely on: our email host (transactional email), our hosting provider, and (only with consent) our analytics provider. All are bound by data-processing agreements compliant with EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

  • Contact-form submissions: 24 months.
  • Remote-session logs: 24 hours.
  • Invoicing & tax records: 7 years (legal requirement).

Under GDPR and CCPA you may access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and object to processing or withdraw consent. Email support@printprosetup.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (EU) or the California Privacy Protection Agency.

9. Security

TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, least-privilege access, and quarterly penetration tests.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

Material changes are announced on this page at least 14 days before taking effect.
