1. Acceptance

By using printprosetup.com or any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Independent service

PrintCare Hub is an independent third-party support provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HP Inc., Canon Inc., or any other manufacturer. Brand names and trademarks are used solely to describe compatibility.

3. Service scope

We provide remote and on-site technical assistance. Estimates are quoted before any chargeable work; you must approve in writing (including email) before we proceed.

4. Payment

Flat-rate fees are payable on successful resolution. If we cannot resolve your issue, no fee applies (“no-fix, no-fee”). Disputed charges must be raised within 14 days.

5. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and device information.
  • Back up your data before any service.
  • Hold the legal right to grant remote access to the device.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss not caused by our gross negligence.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, design, and code are © PrintCare Hub unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to circumvent security controls.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Exclusive venue: state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
